Pitney Bowes- Career Builder
This Intranet application an online performance management and development planning system that streamlines PB leadership development and succession planning process. Pitney Bowes put forward their requirements, and the ITI Team met them by putting together a system to give employees a résumé builder (with customized skills lexicon), access to learning resources within the company competency framework and a complete appraisal tool.

The web-based system was rolled out worldwide to a leadership pool of over 3500 employees and is available from employees' desktops, 24 hours a day, making a difference and impact on every Pitney Bowes employee.

Role
Members of ITI provided consultation, design and development services to create a global Application for PB employees empowering them them to manage their own development and review process, by providing a secure and confidential environment.

Technology used
Windows NT 4.0, Access Database, IIS 4, Flash 5.0, Active Server Pages, and COM.
