GSK- Learning Resource Center
The Learning Resource Center is
a web-based Application focused on human capital development.
This application offers employees the opportunity to address
a wide variety of learning and career objectives. The
Learning Resource Center is designed to support daily
learning on the job and help employees open doors to greater
opportunity.
Role
Members of ITI provided consultation,
design and development services to create this Intranet
Application for GlaxoSmithKline. ITI team members worked
GSK to define requirements and build an intuitive, user
friendly site that securely allows employees and managers
to communicate and interact, especially in annual development
and review process.
Technology used
Windows NT 4.0, Access Database,
IIS 4, Flash 5.0, Active Server Pages, and COM.
